How can I change app permissions in Android?

Avast scan found many applications on my phone with potential privacy issues. For example, Dolphin Browser can pinpoint my location. How can I change program permissions?

    ok, looks like there are some possibilities for rooted devices

    (1)Permissions Denied :

    Root your phone and install cyanogenmod

    You can not change the app permissions,
    you have to be careful before installing them.
