First I would try the Windows 7 or Vista 32bit driver.

If this doesn’t work you could try to install it in some of the compatibility modes.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Last but not least Microsoft offers a free Windows XP Mode (which basically is Virtual PC with a pre-configured Windows XP virtual machine) for Windows 7 users.

You could then print via Printer Sharing or maybe even directly via Virtual PC to this printer.
