Can you help me find the best universal remote control?

There are so many to choose from but are they really worth it? Logitech Harmony seems the logical choice based on Google hits. I have a PVR machine, Blu-ray, amplifier, PlayStation 2 and TV to control and it’s not fun juggling remotes anymore. I had a Logitech Harmony 525 but it gave up the ghost…and it was never really correctly set up due to limited functionality on the website.

What should I replace it with?

I have had many universal remotes and I fell in love with the Logitech Harmony brand I never seemed to be able to get all of the functionality that I needed or wanted from other remote brands the Harmony remotes are easily configured via their web site and they have over 225,000 devices in their database.

This is what I use. you can use up to 7 components. never had a problem with it, either. And its pretty inexpensive, too.

Good luck finding the one you need.
