How can I pair my iPhone with my car via Bluetooth after I had unpaired them?

I bought a new car, and when I was pairing my iPhone with the car’s bluetooth I accidentally set the iPhone to “forget” the car. Now I cannot get the phone to “unforget” (ie, to “find”) the car. How can I get my phone to again recognize the car?

Actually very easy. A little inconvenient, but easy.
Make a backup of your phone and restore it.
Just go to settings>general>reset>reset all settings.
This will undo the "forgotten" device and allow you to re-pair it. Be careful not to hit "erase all content and settings".
You just want to reset all settings.
You will NOT lose any content or data, but u will lose all ur current settings.
But that's about it. Much better then a full restored.

Well the first try should always be "turning it off and on again" - deactivate Bluetooth and turn it back on again.

If that doesn't work you can
    (a) restore from a previous backup where it was not "forgotten"
    (b) Reset Network Settings (Settings > General > Reset).

Resetting Network settings will however clear ALL network settings present including stored WiFi passwords, VPN, custom APN, etc.
