Does any one know how I can resize a SD card formatted on Ext3 file system on Mac to remove all empty space?
The reason is to keep backups from this SD without using un-needed space.

I cannot find any Mac software for resizing ext3 partitions. I think your best bet would be to boot the Ubuntu Live CD and use GParted from there. It's not ideal, but it will work. Sorry I couldn't point to a proper Mac program for the job.
