Hello! I just got a new iMac. I’m using Chrome and I get ALL THE TIME this pop-up mini windows on my browser with really loud and annoying music! Its some kind of malware right? I dont feel like installing MacKeeper or one of those programs. So do you know any other alternative to remove this pain? Thanks!!

My article on defeating Chrome hijackers might help with this. It was written for Windows users, but the steps could prove useful in diagnosing your problems.

I'm not aware of any malware on Macs targeting Chrome or doing anything pop-up related like what you explained.

You are either visiting a website (maybe as start page) that creates this popup or you have an Extension or Chrome App installed doing it.

Hovsep already linked the guide on how to disable pop-ups per default.
If that doesn't work try removing all Apps and Extensions from Chrome.
As a final resort, create a new Chrome user profile.
