Hi. I bought second hand iPhone 4G. I’ve tried to contact the previous owner for the Apple ID and password but I can not find him.
Please help me how to solve this problem. Thank you.

What if I purchase a device that is still linked to the previous owner's account?

Contact the previous owner as soon as possible and ask them to erase the device and remove it from their account

If you don't know the Apple ID you will not be able to recover, reset the password for that ID which by the way also requires you to have access to the associated email address or the security question answers. You won't really find help here either as you are asking for something technically illegal.

I assume you're actual problem is that you cannot factory restore your iPhone because the previous owner didn't deactivate Find my iPhone for the device?
Sorry but there is nothing one can do about that except contacting the previous owner and e.g. have them delete the device from their Apple ID via http://www.icloud.com

You should always make sure that the owner removed his Apple ID, at best have them factory reset the device in front of your eyes. Otherwise they may just lock the device and report it as stolen afterwards causing you a lot of trouble.
