first of all, i hope its nothing unethical you have in you mind. Further, you need to specify the requirement. If you are looking for an email ID of a dedicated Facebook account, there is another trick. To mark a mail to any one, You need to ask it on any forum, rather you may directly ask the person.
If you are not able to connect to that person, You need to get in touch with the most probable people around the person who can get you his Email ID.

But, let me be very clear my friend. DO NOT ASK THE QUESTION HERE IF ITS UNETHICAL...
    Good luck

Thank you friend for the reply. I assure you that it is ethical. I make tech queries to utilize my interest in technology in a beneficial way. Please elaborate the 'trick' for facebook account

Check if they are on FaceBook and if so then message them and ask for it.

Can you ask somebody who also knows the person? Trying to find an email address with no other information is going to be difficult.

There's no global email directory. You can search for the person on Google, Pipl or at their workplace (if you know where they work) and you might get lucky and find their email address.

Is there a syntax or protocol to find by name on Google? as direct name input does not seem to bring out email address

No, I'm afraid not. Just type the name and hope for the best. Most people don't want their email addresses getting around, so it suits both Google and the users to keep things as they are.
