How do I delete duplicated photos on my iPhone that were synced from an old PC? I now have a Mac and I have run out of space on my iPhone because for some reason manyt of my photos have been duplicated and I don’t have the “delete” option because they were added by my old computer which I no longer have. Please help as I cannot do anything now due to no space.

First of, it is intended behavior to not have the delete option for pictures synced via a computer.

The easiest option I have found is to create an empty folder e.g. on your Desktop and then within iTunes > Photos select this empty folder to be synced. iTunes should then prompt you with a warning that all other synced images will be removed from the device.

So definitely make sure that all the images from your iPhone are backed up on your computer beforehand.

Once you click the sync button all the images (duplicates or not) should be gone from your iPhone. Now with that "clean state" you can switch the Photo sync back to whatever option you had before and sync again.
