Can I change the Windows desktop to behave a little more like Android or iOS?

Is there an application for windows that changes folder behaviour to something similar Android or iOS? My desktop is starting to look cluttered and I want to put some of my least used shortcuts and group some others into folders. The problem is, I dont want windows opening up every time I click (or double click) a folder. Android-style folder where files in the folder pop up when clicked would be ideal in my case. Are there any windows applications that can do this?

Heres an example I managed to make:
