Can you “mirror” your files/folders in your desktop Dropbox in Bitcasa? I just purchased Dropbox Pro (100GB) but want to have a second back up ‘drive’ in the cloud as a precaution and would like to have Bitcasa automatically mirroring my files/folders in Dropox. I know you can copy files/folders from Dropbox to the Bitcasa drive but I don’t want just ‘copies’, I want Bitcasa t mirror them as it does with mu files/folders in my computer’s HD. Thank you.

The Dropbox folder is an ordinary folder, so the "mirror" option Bruce suggests is indeed the simplest solution.

The easiest way to do this after you have both clients installed locally is to right-click on the Dropbox folder (located inside of your My Documents folder) and select 'Mirror' from the context menu (Mirror option added by the Bitcasa client). Now any file you put into your Dropbox folder will automagically put a copy on Bitcasa's servers as well as syncing with the Dropbox servers..

If you have Dropbox folder on your computer you could simply have Bitcasa doing mirror back-ups of that...or just run them both at slightly staggered times on the same system folders.

I am not sure that Bitcasa can backup at two places at the same time. At the moment I know only one software that is called Acronis (http://www.acronis.com) that can backup to two and even three places at the same time. Why have you chosen Bitcasa?
