From what the forum says, you can. I don’t or ever plan on owning an iPad, so I can’t confirm any of this, but take a read there to find out more as it seems a few have already done so without much problem.

No you can’t. That link describes reading from an SD, not writing. This can’t be done without jail breaking, sorry Atkins.
