How can I use the camera of my mobile phone as a webcam?

Have been using Samsung Star mobile phone and I want to use it as web camera for video talking by connecting mobile to PC via “USB”. I have already installed Samsung PC suite on my PC. So help me, how to do this?

Samsung proprietory OS which does not support TPA and hence you cannot use it as a webcam.

You can try IP webcam from the android market here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pas.webcam&hl=en

It is supposed to work for this purpose but I cannot test it since I don’t have an android device myself (yet).
