What does the Call of Duty Stimulus Package contain that is offered at the PlayStation store?

Does the Call of Duty Stimulus Package contain Modern Warfare 2 the game when I buy it from the PlayStation store? Would be nice to get some answer. Thanks. :D

    Unless it is stated different the Call of Duty Stimulus Package is a DLC (Downloadable content) and will add additional content to the game, not the game itself.
