Sorry Shelley, that’s not possible. No app will magic an internet connection out of thin air. Your iPod touch only has WIFI capabilities. If you want the internet, you need to give it a wifi connection, through a router or a shared internet connection. If your pc or laptop uses the internet, then it may be possible to share that internet connection over wifi, assuming your pc can also do wifi. Check out http://www.connectify.me/ , which will make it all easy. Of course, you’ll need to be within radius of the computer to use that – the range won’t cover you out of the house. Does that answer your question?

well thats not possible, she has to talk to the provider if she needs settings other than this as you mentioned, tether, hotspot…
