I have a small business and need to back up my data and archive emails, how do I do this? I am required to do this in order to meet regulatory compliance.

    Hi Andrew,

Does regulatory compliance obligate you to perform a full or partial backup? Must it be onsite (local) or offsite (remote)? Does the backup have to be encrypted? If so, what are the encryption standards? Which web server and email server are you using?

do you have the Data on a server or your personal computer ..?

    for either ,
my preferred Choice of program is the Acronis Back Up and Recovery ( http://www.acronis.com/backup-recovery/advanced-server/  ) .

Have tried many , but this one is the best for making up data back ups of any kind and restoring them , when needed .
perfectly safe and very professional .
    one indispensable tool .

if you are looking for some free alternatives , you can try Macrium Reflect or Paragon Backup Solutions  ..

tell if you need more help
