I just downloaded Burrrn to burn some FLAC files to audio CD.  Suddenly i can’t burn anything, even in Windows Media Player. Any idea what i can do to fix this?

I could burn MP3 files to audio CD fine before, now I can’t even do that!

Burrn might have infected your PC. Or Burrn may be infected by some malware. Better scan for malware or virus. Go through this list and download and install everyone of it with real time protection disabled.

Nextly, uninstall burrn completely with IOBit Uninstaller.

After uninstalling it, restore your system to earlier point, the point which was created before you had installed Burrn.

    This solves the problem.

    For CD/DVD burning use imgburn.

Neither of these answers helped. I can not even find a place to uninstall burrrn. When i go to uninstall programs in the control panel, it is not listed, though i does show on my task bar and loads as if it will work. burning from windows media player is still disabled also. HELP!!!

You can also uninstall the program by going to Start-->All Programs-->Burrrn-->Uninstall.

Upon first start you’ll be asked to set a couple of parameters, including which burner to use. If you’re a fan of virtual drives, make sure you pick the right burner here!

do you have the same problems with other burning software? from device manager right click on your burner drive, uninstall, reboot and let windows to reinstall a new driver.

perhaps your files are DRM protected?

Hello, if this happened after installing burrrn program, your best solution would be to uninstall it. You might want to give free ImgBurn a try. It is able to burn FLAC files too
