Is there a web browser I can install on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 that will behave like Internet Explorer on Windows operating system?

Oron is right - do you really need IE? There's plenty of awesome browsers on Android, like Chrome, Firefox, Dolphon, Opera, and Boat Browser. Surely one of them has the features you need.

unless you need ActiveX then you can try Susendeep D suggestion or Dolphin Browser and Boat Brower

Apogee's JRE4A (“Java Runtime Environment for Android”),

If you want to work with sites that strictly requires Internet Explorer(IE),then you can try using Firefox browser for Android with phony extension which offers you to change user agent to other thing.

Can you explain in more details what you are after? What do you meanby "behave like IE" and why is that important? There are different versions of Internet Explorer, and they don't all render pages exactly the same way, and obviously the Galaxy Tab has a much smaller (and vertical) screen than a PC so the browser can't look identical to the PC browser either. Are you concerned with testing compatibility, using pages that only work with IE (in which case, forget it!) or something else?
