Is there a browser extension to follow Google search results without Google URL redirection?

when clicking on a Google search hit, the target page is not directly requested but via google.com/url?url=target

Is there a plugin/extension to counterfeit this behavior?

If you're using Firefox you can try following Greasemonkey Script,

Intslling script is very easy but before you can do that you need to install Greasemonkey plugin for Firefox (easy as well).

    Counterfeit: To illegally imitate something.

I still don't know what you're trying to do.
