•Go to file manager on your mobile,
• In the “Settings” option,
•Choose system folders,
•In the “System” folder, there’s a file called “MMCSTORE”,
•Send that to your PC using IR/Bluetooth,
•Then open it in notepad.
•The password you need for your memory card is in that file

December 18, 2011i put a code on my nokia 5200 memorary card now i forget that…….is there any way how i can delete that password even if my data also losts….no problem of data but i want to unlock mem card…..plz help.

if this does not work, you need to visit Nokia care and ask them to fix it.

May 6, 2012For Nokia s60 1st and 2nd edition phones.
1. First Install FExplorer in your phone memory.
2. Got to drive C: , you will find a file called mmcstore
3. Send it to your pc directly and open it in notepad or rename the file.
4. At the end of the file you will find your password.
For Nokia S60 3rd Phones, Nokia N-Series and Nokia E-Series

This is the only method that you tried.You can try connecting your phone(with memory card) to PC and locate mmcstore file which you have to open it with notepad.Then you can see the password stored in it.I hope this will help.

Then simply format it within your phone.This can be done by visting the File manager app that’s in your phone.
