Please enable Javascript to use MakeUseOf to it's fullest. Without it, you will find much of the modern internet doesn't work. I would add a little button hide this message, but that kind of functionality requires Javascript ;)

How can I get my Bluetooth dongle to work on a Compaq Presario c770tu?

1) When I try to transfer files the file transfer starts, but it gets aborted after seconds, saying that the transfer was aborted by the device.
2) When I try to connect to the internet using Nokia PC suite, the message it shows is that it cannot connect to the internet as the modem may be in use by some other device.

Whenever I insert the Bluetooth device in a USB port, two driver problems are seen in Device Manager about unknown device.

I have searched a lot, but I did not get the proper drivers for this problem
Please help!
