I would like to backups all settings and contacts on my mobile phone. I would prefer something with one click backup restore option. Doesn’t care if it’s online or a desktop app.

If you have an Android device, you can use VeryAndroid Contacts Backup. It not only can copy and backup contacts for Android phone to computer, but also works perfectly in restoring contacts from computer to any android phone directly.

If you have a BlackBerry use the backup in the Desk Management Tool that can be downloaded from RIM.

You can also get SugarSync and use the free remote backup.

Nokia's propertity software does a fair to middling job. Clunky, doesn't backup everything, no fine-grain control over what is imported/exported to outlook.
