My friend has a server and he sells webspace. Now some of his accounts have spammed and got his server blacklisted.

How to get out of this first and get the server up and running and how to avoid and protect the server from such incidents in future?

The current spamming blocking are from ivmSIP Tiopan UCEPROTECTL1.

First of all you are probably going to need to talk to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) or who ever is supplying his server with an Internet connection and get the servers IP address changed because his IP is probably been black listed.

And then you need to have your friend monitor the kind of traffic thats coming in and out of his server to see if massive amounts of emails are being sent...

yes he has blocked the accounts after identification. This problem happen every six moonth

Postfix and spam assasin are in place what add ons should he arm his server to block any future spamming by any existing or new customers permanently.
