Joe Videtto asks:
I have recorded a number of audio lectures (with permission from the authors, of course) of which I would like to highlight and share portions of with my colleagues. Is there a tool that will let me do to an audio file something that is analogous to the highlighting, underlining, and ‘notes’ that one could add to a .pdf or word file ?
