Maybe not exactly what you looking for, but you can see what is happening on your device in a browser. It can be done via LAN or through the services website. Along with many other functions.

    "Webkey" from Play store

    here is something for you

Developed by Media Solution, ScreenCast & Screen Recorder lets users record the phone’s screen. It has a strong feature set, letting users record video at 10-30 frames per second at two pre-set resolutions. Once recorded, users can easily share the file.

and you can use the vlc app for your android to display your recorded video or screen capture on your Computer monitor, after you have also installed it to your computer and ran the script.

Here is the site to get all.

Don't forget to have a wifi modem available, the Computer could be hard wired to the modem, whilst the phone go wifi and enable the web feature on your computer VLC program. (View - Add Interface - Web)

you can have it connected to your computer and then have an application that would record it from the computer, or if your phone's rooted, you can install the Screencast Video Recorder app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ms.screencast&feature=more_from_developer#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwMiwiY29tLm1zLnNjcmVlbmNhc3QiXQ..

Did you want to use it on your Android product? I just know the video recorder for PC. Maybe you can take a try. Get the program-Any Video Recorder, you can record streaming video on Hulu, Metacafe, NetFlix, copy-protected videos, videos displayed on your screen and save the videos to MP4 format. So you can transfer the videos to your Android App.
