Ted asks:
I installed Windows Live Mail to take the place of Outlook Express and have found it unreliable. Is there any other email handling software?

January 18, 2012Hello, have you tried thunderbird? It is free email software created by Mozilla, same creators of Firefox. Here is the link:

IncrediMail is good solution and Freeware that
manages all your email messages, communications, contact details, and
email transactions.
you can manage all your emails from different accounts (like Yahoo and Gmail) in one place
good luck

January 21, 2012I’ve used Mozilla Thunderbird for a few years and it’s pretty nice (it’s made by the same company as Firefox). If you have MS Office (or can get it for a discounted price), Microsoft Outlook is widely used as well (not Outlook Express, just Outlook).

try it if you not happy with that just go to control page and remove it.I use Google for everything and its worked great and continues to get better all the time. GOOD LUCK

January 21, 2012Having asked the original question, I was impressed with the speed of the replies and I did set up gmail in parallel with Windows Live Mail with success. However, I have since managed to fix WLM so that it works OK. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

January 25, 2012There
are various email handling software, to name a few : Microsoft
Outlook, Thunderbird, Pegasus, Eudora or other web mail client like
Gmail. All these email programs have their specific features, but I
like and use Microsoft Outlook due to its distinguished features and
support. You can try it if you want a more professional mailing
experience.
