How can I advertise my free software giveaways?

I am going to start free giveaways of software on my website. I already feel that my Facebook fans are dumb and not interested in that. How can I spread the word out so I can get people who would love such free giveaways to participate?

Furthermore i’ve set my mind on PunchTab. Is it really worth it? Or should i try something else. Any ideas guys?

Try reducing the amount of ads you have of your site. It makes reading the articles difficult when the page is overly cluttered with adverts.
    Just an opinion :)

just google ads are left now. I have removed all the other useless stuff. Just one ad of 300x250 of bidvertizer. any other advises? and i'm promising not to post any illegal stuff anymore. Thanks for the advise. Much appreciated!

The first article I seen on your site was for a cracked version of Winrar! Most people, including me instantly think of viruses and malware.
Lose the illegal content and you may get visiters thinking that you have a reasonable site and want to join in.

What site is this? I would work on getting a solid userbase before attempting a giveaway. Unless you're making at least $1000/month in ad revenue, you probably don't have enough traffic to make it worthwhile. Work on making your content more compelling.

and its new i think i will improve as i jumped to 3 pagerank from 0 in last 4 months. I'm trying to do more with it so tried a giveaway. And i dont have many fans by the way. I still need to socialize my website. But i love working on technical part personally so i dont give that much time on that end.

Try Google ads, Facebook Ads. If money is an issue, then you might have to spread using posters :p
Anyways I would like to visit your site of course, I think I've been following its topic :p

Back links, twitter and facebook buzz. Useful regular content. I think this applies to anything, giveaways or just normal sites. Have no personal experience with punchtab but what I know has been mixed.
I would think giveaways can work well because there are successful example out there and if you can offer other options or choices you can grab a piece of that.
