How can I access the default Windows 7 Administrator account?

I want to know how to enter the Windows 7 built-in Administrator account. In Windows XP, built-in Administrator account can be used by the key (ctrl + alt + del), but I don’t know the key in Windows 7.

By default in Windows 7, the built-in administrator account is disabled.
