Do a 6-degrees of Separation: who are 6 people who might have access, or know someone who does have this legal access, then see if the person will let you share information
For example, if you or a son or daughter is in a college or technical school, often s/he will have access to a library that buys subscriptions
I do this to get access to the Wall Street Journal paid subscription
