How can I accept webcam testimonials from customers visiting my website?

Without a streaming media server, is there any way that I can accept webcam testimonials from customers, i.e. provide an interface where they just have to click record to start recording video on their webcam while on my website?

Thanks for the replies. I will look into some of these things. I did find Recordr previously but am unsure if it's the right thing..

Check out Seesmic TV...I reviewed it a while back but you can record short videos like that, I'm just not sure if there's an embed feature where you can integrate it into your blog, but it's worth a look.

Maybe Nimbb or Recordr might have a blog-embed feature?

I would imagine with all of the webcam-recording social sites out there, there must be one that lets you integrate the service into your blog. Hope you're able to find one. Let us know what service you eventually go with!

There's a WordPress plugins called Riffly. I'm not sure how well it is supported at the moment but it's worth a try. The testimony page would have to run on WordPress though.
